B.H. Gardeners cannot be held responsible for any personal injury that may result from the use or misuse of any equipment purchased from this website.
We may reserve the right not to sell potentially dangerous machinery to anyone under the age of 18!
Prices & Payment:
All our prices include VAT at the standard rate. Delivery costs are FREE on all orders over £150.00 or are otherwise shown at checkout. All shipping costs shown for UK mainland only (Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Islands of Britain should enquire about delivery before purchasing). Payment may be done through our online shopping cart. Again, we stress that all information collected will be treated with appropriate confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. All transactions may be regarded as totally secure. We never see your credit card details as all transactions are processed by the paypal merchant!
Returns:
You must report any shortages / Breakages within 24 hrs of goods reciept. This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier. Failure to do this may invalidate your claim.
You may use our on-line Feedback and Support form or telephone us to report any problems.
You have the option to return any product for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving your order. Including the option to return any product within 7 days of purchase. With the responsiblity to pay carriage charge. Please ensure that the machine is returned unused in it's original packaging and original condition.
We will refund minus postage / courier costs.

Our suppliers are continually updating products which could mean that certain details held within this site may be changed without prior notice. All specifications are true to the best of our knowledge. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in manufacturing description or typing error.
Complaints or Suggestions:
It is important to us to offer a high standard of customer service so if you have any complaints or suggestions about our web site, please contact us; either by Telephoning, or filling in our Feedback and Support form on-line.
Warranty: All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. In the event that local agents cannot replace / repair an item under warranty, the item must be returned to us. We do not pay postage on items returned under warranty, the latter remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
